Jeffrey T. Carney

Mr. Carney has been a practicing attorney for over 26 years.  His practice focuses on civil and criminal litigation; representing parties in arbitration, litigation, including all aspects of pre-trial discovery, settlement, trial and appeal.  Mr. Carney's experience also includes Will Preperation and Estate Administration, residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Mr. Carney received his Juris Doctorate from Widener Law School in 1989. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Stockton University with a major in finance.

Mr. Carney is admitted to the bar in New Jersey, New York, Colorado, District of Columbia, Federal District Court for New Jersey,  Federal District Court for New York      and the United States Supreme Court.  In addition Mr. Carney is the Public Defender for the Boroughs of Emerson and River Edge.  He is a former Borough Attorney for Oradell. Mr. Carney serves as a trustee for The Foundation at Bergen Regional Medical Center.
